The girls and I bought RM200 of stuff at 1 Utama. The guy at the store suggested we try our hand at the Scratch and Win contest. For every receipt of RM100, you get one Scratch and Win card to win prizes like diamonds and large-screen TVs.
Our 2 receipts and OneCard entitled us to 4 cards. We really hadn’t counted on winning anything. The guy at the store said even if we don’t one of the big prizes, we’d still get a free tote bag. Okay, fair enough.
Turned out the first card Skye scratched got us RM10 worth of OneCard points = 1,000 points. What were the chances!
We’d barely gotten over our excitement when she scratched another winner - RM100 cash! Wow, that was unbelievable. WE WON
