hand-crafted furniture

While I personally prefer contemporary furniture, I know many folks who go for the classic look. It’s a matter of taste really. What’s really important is that the furniture must be functional as well as presentable.

A friend of my dad’s has many paintings and collectibles he wants to show off in his home. So he chose hand-crafted Century furniture to provide a fitting accompaniment to his art collection.

I was a little doubtful as to how the finished look would turn out. Maybe even slightly skeptical, I have to admit. Recently he invited us over for a small dinner party and I was amazed at how he had succeeded in creating such a classic look and feel.
