that elusive can of spray paint

Raine has a woodwork project to complete for school. She’s spent entire afternoons hammering away at small pieces of wood to make a trinket box.

Then comes the painting bit. You’d think it should be a piece of cake to find a hardware store in this big modern city of ours, right? Well, apparently hardware stores are no longer in fashion or I’m looking in all the wrong places.

I drove around the whole of PJ practically and couldn’t find a single hardware store. Okay, to be fair, I only drove to places on the way back from dropping Steev off at tuition. In trying to save on a can of spray paint, I wasted half a tank of gas. What a smart shopper I am, heh !!
