once is not enough

You know, the Hawaiian islands have always fascinated me. Looking at them on a map brings up pictures in my mind of little volcanoes, each a different color, spewing colorful puffs of smoke into the heavens.
And heaven is what vacationers call Hawaii often adding that just a couple of trips to Hawaii is still not enough. Well, considering that the closest I’ve been to that heaven is the Honolulu airport, I guess I really missed out big time.
To be honest, I’m long overdue for a vacation. It’s just that being a mom of three school-going kids means I’m pretty much tied to their school schedules and can barely sneak away without being noticed.
Now if I can just find someone to run Mom’s taxi for me while I sip pina colada under the shade of a palm tree watching the surf roll in.
Heck, I might even find the inspiration to start writing the book I’ve always wanted to write. I know, a little too ambitious of me, huh?
