As I was window-shopping a while ago, some promoter shoved a bunch of credit cards in my face again trying to get me to sign up and get a free sports bag. Again I tell them I already have enough credit cards, thank you.
He: But ma’am, have you tried to compare credit cards issued by our bank with those of other banks?
Me: Yes, I have, now can I please get on with my shopping?
He: But with our card, it’s very convenient for you to do a credit card balance transfer with your existing company.
Me: I know, honey, now if you’ll excuse, I need to get to the bathroom - fast!
I hate doing that to them but I really am not a fan of carrying too many credit cards around. With more cards in my wallet, I tend to spend more, often on things I don’t need! So I’m happy with just the two that I have.
