why are baby clothes so bland?

Raine has the week off from school. Of course, we can’t just sit at home, we gotta go shopping. Actually I was wondering what we could possibly need - again - since we’re out practically every weekend.
Then I remembered that we’ve been invited to the fullmoon celebration of a friend’s baby. So that means we need to go find some baby stuff. Those aren’t exactly the most exciting things to be shopping for but I guess it’ll do 
.
If you ask me, I think baby clothes are dull and boring. They should make baby clothes bolder and more colorful than just the same old whites, pinks, blues and yellows.
I mean why only those colors? Why not navy blue, or bright fuschia, or cool black? Or with bright Hawaiian prints? Poor babies, you wonder why their world is so much more bland than ours!
