Ooh la la, when a shopaholic hears the word “Paris” (nope, not of the Hilton, thank goodness), her heart goes pit-a-pat pit-a-pat in a crescendo. The fashion capital of the world, are you kiddin’ me? You all know this is our favorite dream, Raine’s and mine.
