home on a long weekend, you kiddin’ me?

We stayed home today, would you believe it? It’s the first day of a long weekend and we stayed home. Yes, the malls would be bursting with the holiday crowd and visitors from outside the city, I’m sure, so we’re better off away from the maddening crowd.

Besides, it’s storming out and the house is refreshingly cool, so there’s no need to go try and get a share of the free air-conditioning at the mall as if we ever needed that excuse to go shopping  :razz: !

But tomorrow I’m sure the shopping bug will bite and we’ll be tempted to hit the mall early to avoid parking problems and probably stay on for lunch. More on that tomorrow.
