I have an aunt who lives in Manchester. For years now, she’s been trying to get me to visit. She can’t understand why I still haven’t even though she keeps saying I have no need for hotels in Manchester since I can always stay with her.
Her kids are grown and she has plenty of time on her hands. She says if I want to visit Birmingham, which I should while I’m there, then she’ll be happy to look into a couple of hotels in Birmingham for me.
As for London, she is great pals with a travel agent who can give her the best deals for hotels in London. Whoa, it all sounds so tempting to have everything planned out for me.
Yet I’m so busy with the kids year-round activities I just can’t drop everything and go, know what I mean?
