the path to weight loss

If it’s one thing you won’t find me shopping for, it’s diet pills. From all the stories that I’ve heard and read, I would stay away from them even if I were fat.

Diet pills are definitely out for me, so is dieting. With my kind of metabolism rate, I’m always hungry so how can I ever go on a diet :lol: ? It’s a good thing I’m not trying to lose weight.

But if you ask me, I would choose exercise any time. It’s fun though it requires you to be pretty disciplined, otherwise it won’t work. If you need a cheerleader, let me know  :razz: .

For effective weight loss, exercise and watch your diet. By diet, I don’t mean not eat. I said, watch your diet which means go ahead and eat but watch what and how much you eat.
