setting up a home office

I have many friends who are leaving their 9-5 jobs to stay home with their kids. Since I’m one of the early ones who’ve set up a home business and now work from them, I’m considered as something of an expert when it comes to setting up a home office.

The thing is to find a quiet area within your home where there’s very little foot traffic. Think of your home office as the place where you are going to paid to produce quality work. And that is exactly where it is.

Like I always tell my friends, the more your home office looks like a real office, the more you will  feel inclined to treat your business seriously.

Besides if you’re going to be spending a lot of time in there, you want it to be nice and comfortable.
