persistent insurance people

I’m sure you have, at one time or another, been pursued by someone selling insurance. Freelance insurance selling is a pretty popular sideline for those looking to make an extra income.
One of my friends once remarked that these freelance insurance salespeople are some of the most dreaded people around. They are so persistent it’s hard to say no and think you can get away with it.
They’re always calling to meet up with you to discuss their proposed term life insurance quotes. If they happen to be your friends, it’s even harder to turn them down. I often wish they wouldn’t try so hard because they sure could lose a lot of friends that way.

One Response to “persistent insurance people”

I know insurance sale people can be a pain in the butt however, I feel for most people that are trying to sell a product to a consumer nation when the consumers are actually hoping that they will never need to use the product.
The exact opposite of our instant gratification culture.
