For someone who’s had furniture fall apart on me, I certainly am always on the lookout for better, more functional items.
My girls are now living with a bookcase we bought from a major furniture store that we’ve had to assemble ourselves. Their instruction sheets are so pathetic that they’re just drawings that are next to impossible to decipher (unless you’re a carpenter).
They’re trying to save the cost of having their instructions translated from Swedish to English, I think. At any rate, I am really tired of their furniture so I’ve stopped patronizing them.

).

To me, the single most important thing is that they won’t fall apart and injure someone in the process. I’m horrified at the thought of that!
