Christmas gifts seem to have gone all health-conscious this year as I’ve noticed. I’m seeing big red bows on fat busters and elliptical being promoted as gifts. Great stuff – giving the gift of health. I like the idea.

After all that holiday feasting, the best way you can be assured of your gift being the most thoughtful and practical is if you give a gift of health.

It would really be nice to be thanked all year for giving someone a healthier heart and a great body .
