singing Christmas tree at the Pavilion

This is the huge singing Christmas tree at the center court of the Pavilion. The colors change dramatically from blue to yellow to pink and so on.
In the evening at 7pm and 8pm, the tree comes alive with singing carolers winding all the way up to the top of the tree, belting out familiar carols.
There’s [...]
what’s cool in t-shirts?

I like buying plain t-shirts but I love decorating them. Just leave me with some plain t-shirts and within minutes, I will have transformed them into works of art.
I much prefer to add on my own creations to these t-shirts than to buy ready-made shirts with words on them. Which incidentally are so popular that [...]
snobbish neighbors

My neighbor has just moved out today. Although they’ve lived in this neighborhood for a few years, we don’t know them at all because they’ve always kept to themselves and never spoken to any of us.
I heard that they’ve found a much bigger house with lots of land. But that’s only a guess because none [...]
can’t find what I want
Posted on December 15, 2007 - Filed Under talk shop | Leave a Comment
I always find it strange that when I set out to the store with something specific in mind, I almost never seem to find what I want to buy.
Like I’ve been looking to buy a handbag for the whole one month. I’ve been to practically all the malls in town and still nothing. Either I [...]
why I’m hesitant about cruises

It seems cruises are very popular these days as travelers seek to add more variety to their holidays. We’ve often talked about taking a short local cruise perhaps.
But friends tell us frightful stories about people they’ve met on these types of cruises who rush for the buffets and heap their plates with food only to [...]
affordable truck accessories

I think pickup trucks are cool especially if driven by a woman. I wish I had one but I can’t find any reason to justify why I would buy a ‘bare back’ vehicle which won’t serve much of a purpose .
But if I did own a pickup, I’d deck it up with kangaroo bars [...]
a store desperate for business

Times must be really bad. Some stores are so deprived of sales they’re resorting to ways to tricking customers to pay for ‘already broken’ costume jewelry.
They put the broken costume jewelry on display and then if you knock it off the shelf by accident, they make you pay for it even though it was already [...]
need a GPS to get around town

I’m having so much fun these few weeks shopping at all the new shopping malls that opened over the past couple of months. In fact, I’ve been posting photos of the Christmas decor that we’ve been feasting our eyes on recently.
Yesterday we went to Sunway Pyramid’s new extension mall. I haven’t been there in a [...]

If you have kids and you haven’t visited Florida before, I say go. It’s really something your kids will love you for for years and years to come. Not to mention how you will love yourself too.
For a start, you should get onto the Orlando Fun Tickets website and purchase your Discount Disney Tickets from [...]
