Happy New Year and welcome to another year of shopping . I’m pretty proud of myself for having almost completed all of my shopping for Chinese New Year over the past couple of months when the shopping season was in full swing.

I’ve bought all of the kids’ and my own clothes and shoes. Quite honestly, that’s a relief because once school starts tomorrow, my attention will be focused on last-minute school supplies and stuff.

So it’s good to have some of the big shopping items out of the way. Now I’ll only need to worry about grocery shopping when Chinese New Year rolls around.
