nothing done about overcharging

I’m not sure how many people actually check their grocery bills to see if they’ve been charged correctly. I never used to. Until I started noticing one particular grocery store was always overcharging.
And I mean, 90% of the time, at least one item would reflect a price higher than what’s listed on the shelf. The worst part is they make you walk to the opposite end of the building to get your refund.
This is something I find so immensely irritating. I just know, they deliberately put their customer service counter far away so you won’t bother walking there to get your few dollars back.
I’ve complained to them umpteen times about their unacceptable price tagging system since I’m a regular customer there. But it’s been like five years since they opened and they haven’t done a darned thing about it.
