You know, if you’re in the retail business, the least you can do is have a customer call center to answer calls about your products.
I don’t get it. Why is it that so many companies still don’t have this facility though VoIP Phone Systems are so affordable and easy to install, manage and use.
My girl friend, who works the call center of a software company, was sure she’d never master the new VoIP system her company had newly installed. But guess what, she mastered it the flash of an eye. Great going, girl!
Most of us buy online anyways so it would really make things so much more convenient for the customer so it really would make good business sense, no?
