your shopping trip
Posted in talk shop, tips & ideas
I don’t know about you but I find it quite hard to shop for myself when I’m out with my kids. I usually get so drawn to shopping for them that I end up having little or no time to shop for myself.
If you’re like me, here’s a quick tip. When you want to get down to serious shopping, leave your kids at home or with a sitter. Take a few hours off to solely focus on shopping for you. Don’t think about the kids. You’ve shopped plenty for them already. Make this your shopping trip!

Good advice. I don’t have kids but I can image that bringing them along would mean shopping for them and keeping track of where the heck then went off to!
Another good tip – don’t go grocery shopping when you’re hungry. It’s amazing how many extra items you’ll find in your cart if you’re starving when you shop! LOL

LOL So right you are but many times, it’s not so easy leaving them at home unless they’re with someone you trust.
