There’s two weeks of school holidays coming up at the end of this month. So are you planning to go on a well-deserved family vacation? Two weeks would be just nice, not too long that the kids get bored, not too short that it’s over just when the fun’s starting.
Considering how hot the weather is, the beach might be a good idea. You’ll probably have to spend a fortune on sunblock but at least you won’t have to stay out of the water because of rainstorms.
We haven’t decided if we’re going anywhere yet. At the rate hotel rooms fill up these days, we either have to book now or stay home. Either way, it’s fine with me but knowing the kids, they’ll want to go somewhere.
