the mall instead of the gym

I went to the gym this morning after a two-week absence.
Been so busy I hardly had time to think of the gym, but I really miss it when I don’t go. So I was off like an arrow first thing this morning.
The gym is usually most crowded on weekends because that’s when the working folks are free to go there. Can you believe I couldn’t find a single working treadmill to use?
All the good ones had been taken up and the faulty ones were sitting there waiting for maintenance. Don’t tell me the gym can’t afford to buy, or at least, lease new treadmills!!
Anyways, I decided to go downstairs to the mall and get my exercise by walking around and window-shopping. How’s that for being resourceful, eh, though I would hardly call that a workout by any means
?
- exercise and eat, a modern convenience?
- are you within arm’s length of a shopping mall?
- my new Panasonic iron
- fitting into a cheongsam
- trawling the malls, a new form of exercise?
