Do you ever happen to overhear a conversation when sitting at a restaurant? Well, while out shopping last weekend, the kids and I wound up at Carls’ Jr. Window-shopping can work up quite an appetite, I assure you.
Sitting in our booth waiting for our slow burgers to be served, I couldn’t help but overhear the conversation of two guys in the booth behind me. It seems they were planning to go into business together by obtaining a franchise.
And as their conversation got into the nitty-gritty of signing contracts and looking for a strategic location to set up shop, it got me wondering if this could indeed be a good time to be starting a business?
