A friend is moving office and apparently his management has decided to furnish the new office building entirely from scratch. Yes, everything will be brand new. Nothing will be brought over from the old office.
A big extravagant in these hard-pressed economic times, I know. So yes, I am more than a bit surprised. But I’m sure they have their reasons.
At any rate, what this means is that all that office furniture at the old office is available to their staff for the taking. My friend asked if I would like her to get me a few pieces

I don’t know, I’m not sure. Old office furniture? What possible use could I have for those in my home? On the other hand, it’s free. I don’t know
.
- setting up a home office
- boss buys them a toy to play?
- decorating an imaginary room
- hand-crafted furniture
- what’s acceptable office attire?

You could always take them and sell them! Craigslist, tag sale, etc.
