the downside of baking up a storm

I had breakfast this morning with an old friend who’s all excited about the baking course she’s taking. Yes, she’s discovering the joys of baking for the first time in her life and she’s just about bursting with enthusiasm.

I love baking too and we both agree the only part about baking up a storm is the washing up. Yuck! If she seriously wants to make a small business out of this, she might either have to hire someone to do the washing manually or better yet, invest in a couple of hot pressure washers just like the ones they use in restaurants . Wouldn’t that be fun?
